I had an issue with ordering and then didn't receive one thing I had ordered. I was told they'd refund me for what was missing. A week later, no refund. Then I called back, and management took care of it right away. For that, I'll give them a decent review. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the sauces. The online option didn't have buffalo for some reason. I can't eat white potatoes so I tried the Cajun corn. It's just sliced corn on the cob that's put in the deep fryer and covered with seasoning. Wasn't my favorite. The brownies were really good tho. And I appreciate management following through. Thanks for that! I placed my order online and mistakenly chose large veggie no fries. Called and asked if I could swap the veggie for fries and was rudely told NO. Being someone who is here every week I would think they would have been nice to even say I could just get a large fry. They are nasty, cold and have no season anyways. I’ll eat Buffalo Wild Wings next time better flavors, better customer service and their chicken is not the size of my head. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped here for the first time. Downloaded the app and made a carry out order. Takes forever, 40-minutes. 20 wings and fries $35 😲😲 should have stopped there and moved on. Noticed the floor is slippery with grease I guess, tables and chairs are sticky, same with the front counter. Bathroom needs attention. Haven’t tried the food yet. Not sure I want to. I’ll be back to report on the food. Hope my medical insurance is paid up to date.

Had a long day at work, and wanted to treat myself to Wings. Placed an order for delivery and spent close to $33 for everything. Never received my wings which I was really looking forward to. Called the store, and the gentleman was really nice, no bad things to say about their customer service. But when suggesting I pick up the items I paid to have delivered, just seemed like a waste. A lot has changed at this location. By far the best Wingstop experience and food we’ve ever had. They’re on time, fresh and staff is amazing. Something changed and I’m so happy it did. Tanner was very helpful with helping me order some wings, trying new flavors and accommodating my needs. A smile never left his face, we need more people like him in this establishment. The place was very busy and he was still managing to try his best with helping everyone. My wings and fries were hot/fresh, I’ll be back in the future. The Wingstop off of Kuykendahl and Spring Stuebner has become our go-to for wings. Wings are larger, fried to perfection, and made really well. I used to not like the fries from Wing Stop in general, but seem to be improved, no longer that soggy texture. The order is done right, and packaged very neatly. We really appreciate the good quality all around, and we look forward to our next hot wings dinner from none other than this place! Been to this location for the 3rd time, hoping it'll get better. Honestly, seems like it gets worst every time. I have so many questions for them though... Why is no one wearing a uniform? Why are they not wearing gloves when seasoning the wings? Why do they use their phone while seasoning food and while taking it out of the fryer? Isn't that a Hazard? Really poor experience here. I got the new boneless thighs, they are VASTLY different in size. I also got the buffalo ranch fries, they forgot the ranch, and then forgot my sauces on top of that. Everything was cold by the time I got my food. Will never go back here, and I can't recommend anyone else to either.
