Ordered wings online from here. They have an option for extra crispy. I selected extra crispy. They were not extra crispy. In fact they were soft and rubbery and disgusting. Apparently they can't read a ticket and cook wings for an extra couple of minutes. I wish I could say this is the first time it's happened but it isn't. I just won't order from them anymore. This was my first time here, and it was pretty good. We came with a work group, and Robin was great to us. Excellent, fast, and courteous service. I know big group's with separate checks can be a pain at times. I had the 5 smoked wings, plain, and a Caesar salad. The wings were tasty for a large wing joint, and the same with the salad. They have tons of televisions if you're looking for a place to watch a game. They are definitely worth a try if you're in the area. I had not been to Wings and Rings in awhile in Crestview Hills, visited tonight with my wife. The experience was great! Those flavored onion rings were superb, the BBQ Garlic Boneless wings and the burger were scrumptious. We will definitely go back. Staff and GM were top notch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Eh. The lighting in here sucks. I dunno how else to put it. Not very inviting to dine in. The bar looks like you're in time out. It's giving hurry up & leave versus stay & spend money. It's a sports bar so tvs are going and people are taking. It's a bit loud, but what do you expect at a sports bar? The food is good and there are plenty of options for drinks. Service is always great, fast, and friendly. We love the pretzel bites, garlic Parm fries, pickle chips and the grilled and smoked wings are really good, especially if you are looking for something other than the usual breaded wings.
