A week ago

I’ve come to this location since it opened and I’m not sure what’s changed but somethings changed. We got there at 6:00 the waitress got to the table and we ordered our drinks at 6:30 because my husband made a comment about happy hour ending at 7:00. We got our drinks then ordered an appetizer and our meals which were wings, 2 kids meals chicken fingers and a grilled cheese . Waitress never came back to check on our drinks for refills or bring our appetizer over. 7:33 rolled around and finally the food came only to have hair in my son’s grilled cheese and on our wings. At this point we called the manager over and he said want me to remake the food. Nope we’ll pay for drinks and go. A month ago

I had dinner here last night and had a very pleasant experience to say the least. I ordered lemon pepper boneless wings and they were very tasty. My server, I believe her name was Sarah, was the sweetest and most smiley waitress I have had in quite a bit. She had really good vibes and was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back here! First time at this Wing House and must say this is going to be my new spot!! My server Kim provided excellent service. The food could use some work. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it came out a burnt. The manager on duty checked on my table multiple times making sure I had everything I needed and corrected the issue. I noticed he was running around bussing tables and helping the girls out. I never saw a manager bussing and wiping tables the way he did. Overall 5 stars because of the customer service provided. Huge kudos to Mallory, our server once again at our monthly meet, greet with our wild stallions group! She was so friendly, accommodating, & made our time there the best! 5 stars to her all the way looking forward to next months visit, & having her take care of our group again!! Everyone in my party had a wonderful experience. However, I can't share the same sentiment. After everyone in our party was served, I sat waiting for my order. They forgot to put it in. No food for me. Very disappointing.😞 Update: they rushed my order and I got them within 7 minutes! Great job! I love this wing house, Ali really made my experience what it was. Food was good but most importantly unbeatable service. It was busy and Ali was still extremely attentive and sweet, she took care of everything we needed with a smile. We will be coming back for sure!
