Overall great food. It did not take long at all for my food to come out. The taste was there. The service was also great. Servers were picking up our plates after we were done with our food. Normally coming here was great. Today we sat down and after 15 minutes of no one helping us I got up to add to my order an appetizer. After about another 15 minutes a waiter came by and asked if we have been helped. Informed him no and that I went and asked a while ago for the appetizer so he went and checked it out. When he brought it to our table he then said our food was sitting and ready to bring to the table. Asked him to go ahead and bring it. Both meals were cold and were not the normal quality that we have gotten multiple times before. After a while I had to go up front and ask for a to go box for our kids dinner. After 5 minutes the waiter came and asked if we need anything and I asked for the check. They waived the appetizer and he apologized stating that our waiter left without saying anything. The table that sat right behind us after we got there was helped within 5 mintues of them arriving. Normally I would give a 1 star review, but we have gotten great service there the multiple other times we have gone. We don't see ourselves going back anytime soon after the quality of the food and the Non existent service. I have waited tables in my passed and with a buddy system this should not happen. Multiple workers there passed our table and saw us looking around and never offered to help.

The food/service here is always consistently very good. I never leave here disappointed. I was very impressed with Paige’s service; she was super kind, fast, and took care of us really well. I will definitely be coming back! If you’re here, ask for Paige! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Andrea S. was our server. She was so personable and nice. Our food came out quick and she was always checking on us. I can’t stay enough about her. We have been coming to Willies for a long time and we were very impressed. Highly recommend her as a server. She’s the best! Our dinner tonight was awesome! Hannah was an AMAZING server and provided everything we needed without us even asking. Good was served fast, well cooked, hot and had great flavor. Willie’s is our Friday night out. Tonight was exceptional as the beer was really cold, food was cooked perfect and the restaurant had a DJ, face paint for the kids. Great family place. Sherrina was on her game as the ordering process was very easy . Conner does a terrific job taking care of us tonight. Well done ! Patio is great. Awesome view of the fountains in the water, great breeze. My friends crawfish were a bit hard to get out of the shell (she said, I'm allergic so i wouldn't know) Coco was our waitress and she was super sweet. I wanted something small so I ordered the chicken nachos and they were pretty basic, but Coco saw that the cheese was getting cold and she brought out a cup of hot cheese without me asking. Fried pickles were very good and crunchy. Will definitely go back. Especially for that patio. Oh, and sand box for the kiddos. Great family spot.
