Giving 2 rather than 1 star because I at least got my refund. I placed an order on July 5th initially wanting order in August. Something continuously came up and I was understanding and forgiving and just kept pushing the date back to accommodate her mishaps. She refunded the money and said she’d still make the order. I tried to get her to keep the money but she insisted. I offered to pick them up from her home or meet her but she insisted bringing them 1hr away to my home. When she was supposed to bring them, something else came up. I finally was like, look.. if you’re gonna do this, I need them no later than 9/12/19. She agreed and had 2 weeks to execute the order (keep in mind, it was initially placed in July) the day before, I texted to ensure she was still coming. No response. I texted her 3 or 4 times. She was posting to Facebook and Snapchat but not responding to me. She read the messages and left it. My last text read “you not responding is making me nervous” and still, nothing. So, I had to fumble for a last minute baker. These were congratulation cookies for my friend’s business she opened in July.. so, Had I known beforehand that there was no intention of Halee completing this order, I could’ve gone with another baker and had them when I initially asked for and not have to accommodate so much for their business. I fought with myself about writing this review but I’ve still not received a response nor an apology. So. Here’s my review for poor business ethic. It all could’ve been fixed by being up front. But, nope.
