Hey... It's White castles! You don't go here everyday You go here only when you feel the need of the crave rising within you... My son and his lovely wife were visiting from New York and they had to go to White Castle and it was her first time going. She loved it. So... I ordered online earlier in the day to make sure my order was ready when I arrived. Glad I left home a few minutes earlier as my order was not being prepared until I arrived. Service was slow but steady. Employees were diligently working and cooking. 1 impatient customer as the woman did not take his order quick enough. My order was hot fresh and only 4 minutes late being prepared. Be ready to wait as it is very busy in the afternoon but the employees will take good care of you and your order will be HOT🔥 Will return soon. Corporate needs to check this place and retrain their staff. All the recent warnings surrounding this White Castle location is true. Just being there tonight, the staff ignored me at the counter while doing nothing. There was no orders. They were staring off into space. Placed an online order and they didnt even know how to ring it up. Once they figured that out after a few minutes, the food didnt come out for another 5. The food is standard White Catle food. It's okay. You can find better elsewhere. For the hospitality and service, I implore that this business look into retraining their staff. They look like they dont even want to be there. I even had someone come in during the order to complain about the service and how it was "rude" and "brash". You're better off going somewhere else until then, even for the cheap price. The kitchen was a little slow, considering the time of night and the number of customers there, but everything was cooked fresh and was hot. The staff was courteous, and the inside dining area was clean and well lit. My only suggestion would be to put the fried onions on the meat and not the bottom bread bc it made it kind of grossly soggy. If we had to bring food and eat it, I dont know it would have been so good.
