I was waiting to be helped, and while an employee was off work there waiting to pay for his food.. he took the time to take my order while he was off the time clock.. There was a manger Ace She was very rude as far as I could tell prejudiced... Talks to her employees really bad. Was very rude to the customers. Did not want to fix the mistakes that were made. Their staff is beyond rude, it felt as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. They got my order wrong, and when I went back to have them change it, the guy in the kitchen simply scraped the jalapenos off the burger. I told the lady I'm allergic to them, so just scraping them off won't work. The juice would still be there. She got the manager who refunded my meal, except the dogs, since I'd already taken a few drinks, and told me everything they serve had jalapenos, and I should probably go elsewhere. I went yesterday for a nice meal because New Caney had been disappointing and i was pleased with what i saw. The place was clean, my food came out hot and fresh and surprisingly fast despite it being pretty busy. The staff was wonderful and their manager seemed well liked although she looks pretty young its clear she knows what shes doing. You wont be disappointed visiting here especially with that one girl managing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

It took a while to get our meal despite being slow which is good, freshly cooked food.. however I think the chicken in my sandwich was pulled directly from an active volcano! Hot was an understatement! The fries were a polar opposite and I mean that they were taken from the North Pole and served up. Looking past the molten chicken sandwich the presentation was nice and taste was on point. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Food was horrible. Buns were not fresh. Meat was cold as were the fries. Which tasted old. Not prepared as requested. To bad we were passing through the Cleveland area. This is not the Whataburger I'm used to getting throughout Texas. Get back to what you are famous for Whataburger. My loss. Service Take out Price per person $20–30 Food: 1
