I asked for the new WhataWings. I had heard good things. I asked for them with Buffalo and a side of jalapeño ranch. I asked for them to be sauced and not on the side with the Buffalo. They came out dry. When I asked if they're supposed to be covered in sauce, the lady tried to argue with me. She then takes them back and puts two small squirts of sauce. The young lady (at the drive through which is a norm for me) was sweet, new employee. The food was good, it wasn't busy, but took me a minute to get my food. This place is kinda hit & miss. The food is usually good cept for the other day when my lettuce was frozen, but this visit was a good one. I get that it’s busy but what I don’t get is how they mess up so much on orders. Ordered a #8 with everything, once I got home I saw it was plain and dry, my husband took a bite and couldn’t even finish it of how extremely salty it was. Therefore we checked our kids justaburgers and same, extremely salty it even hurts your tongue. I called to get the problem resolved and whoever answered didn’t seem to care.
