The drive thru experience is horrendous. They are attempting the two lane drive thru, but without any of the infrastructure. If you’re asked to go in the second lane they don’t have the full menu on hand. It’s a condensed menu so you need to know what you want without seeing the full offering. We had a car in the main lane be asked to pull up which blocked the car behind them at the window. The window car received their food and proceeded to honk at both the car in front of them and me in the second lane because they needed to get out but none of us had anywhere to go. There is also regular parking on either side of the “lanes” (second one is just sticking out in through traffic) so we had to try to jam our car as close to a parked truck as possible while the car in the first lane pulled up as close to a parked car and they were still struggling to get out while I blocked traffic trying to pass the drive thru lanes. Hot mess in execution. Food is Whataburger so 4/5 pretty good if you can get through the mad max style drive thru experience. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I can't understand why it is so slow. You will literally sit in line for 15to 20 minutes even when they are not busy. Just not worth the wait. Short staffed is understandable, but it seems to be something more than that here. Usually when I get food here it's good, but as of late the service is getting painfully slow. My husband and I were directed to wait at the second line after receiving our drinks to wait on onion rings. We sat there for an hour. My husband, who is a patient man, finally got fed up and went inside to see what was taking so long. They told him unapologetically that they lost our ticket, and forgot about us. When we finally got our food, it was cold, made wrong, and had a red curly hair in it. Please whataburger, get your act together. I am incredibly disappointed in my trip to whataburger today. Not only was the line slow but they then told me to pull forward and then proceded to forget us. After an hour long wait I went inside only to be told "we lost your ticket and forgot you were out there". After finally getting our food and getting home we go to dig in only to find out our burgers were totally wrong and cold. For the cherry on top we just went grocery shopping beforehand and our ice cream was totally melted and ruined. I wish I could give them a zero stars because I would. Do better. The food is good but the service is sooooooo slow. I waited over 30 minutes the other day for a small order and it wasn't like the restaurant or drive through was packed. I just can't justify waiting that long for fast food. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We love the food here… but the female midget with the mustache up front working the cash register during our visit was surly. With an attitude like hers, she should be either in the back making burgers or on the fry station… maybe she should be “promoted” to customer.
