Lines take way too long for fast food, you order on mobile and have to come in instead of the drive thru. Food is below par and if you ask for anything it's met with contempt. Staff mostly plays around/on phones. There were a couple of staff that actually try to help and are doing their job but over all needs improvement. Their shakes were good though, even if they were going to give only 1 of the 3 ordered but I chalk that up to the 1 of 2 people actually working being overwhelmed, while the rest were just goofing off. I usually get everything right. But this last time I went. My fries weren't even hot and my burger was barely warm. Didn't feel like going back after waiting in line for almost 10 min and getting home to find this out. I'd suggest checking your food before you leave. My girlfriend had a similar experience. Even after going in and having them fix her problem. She trusted that it was fixed only to get home to flat Sprite and cold food. My bacon cheeseburger was good! Highly recommend checking your order before leaving if not dining in a few of us needed corrections. Ordered breakfast burger and a coffee. The coffee was no more than lukewarm. When the food came, I told the person it was cold, we finished our meals before we got hot coffee. We still had to go ask for it. My meal had the pepper sauce all over the outside the wrapper, making it very messy on the table and everything. Waited for a half hour for 2 meals… well what was supposed to be 2 meals except they rang up one without the burger. So I then waited another 30 minutes for said burger. I ordered a chocolate shake and they gave me vanilla when I told them, only then did they tell me they were out of chocolate, yet I was still charged and never asked if I even still wanted a vanilla shake. So after an hour in the drive through I now have 2 cold meals and a vanilla shake. Last time I came here I waited 30 minutes for one biscuit, which has been over a year ago and I thought I’d give it a second try. Never again. An hour for a “FAST FOOD” meal is ridiculous and unacceptable. Oh also forgot to add that had to ask them for the burger after waiting and they had it sitting there in a bag already. Was stuck in the drive through line for an hour and 15 minutes despite there being maybe 5 or 6 cars ahead of us. Once we finally got our food, half of the items were missing and food was room temperature. Whataburger is rarely a quick drive through experience, but the Manor location is the slowest of the slow. When I come here I’m always reminded why I don’t . The wait is forever , order is always wrong or cold. Sweet tea taste old. My luck with sprite it taste like nasty sparkling water. I always end up waiting about 35+ minutes for my food. Sometimes even up to 1 hr. I waited about 15 minutes for my food but the employee who took care of me, Monica, was super friendly and made sure my food was delivered to my car hot. Love the customer service here which keeps me coming back for my whataburger favorites despite wait times. I ordered via the app. It was about 11:30pm on a Saturday. I was about 1/4 mile from the location. I waited to leave until my order time was ready. There was a line of people ahead of me waiting for their orders. They had also called a head. It was very busy. I waited an additional 15 minutes for my order. The French fries were cold, and so was the Burger. However, the server was very polite and clearly needed additional help to catch up. Do not recommend. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Manager was so stressed out trying to get everybody’s order out. Our order was taken at 10:54 and we didn’t get our food until 11:45 and all he said was it’s on its way. By time we got the food it was cold from just setting and the dr.pepper was just carbon. 8 cars set for over 30 minutes for food while lane 2 was going out smooth.
