Nice place small but inviting. You can see they have an outside dining area just past the bathroom. It was mentioned the price was high, that’s true. Food was ok, maybe just not our palette. The staff are amazing… 🤩 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really wanted to try their new "bacon" jam made with dulce (Oregon seaweed), but I didn't want the full vegan sandwich. So they spread some on their sunrise breakfast sandwich. It was delicious, but the jam was the JAM! Sweet, salty, smokey. No idea how they did it, but it was delicious. Came thru from our home in Waldport. We had the burrito (AMAZING) and smash breakfast burger DITTO. Will definitely be back! Everything looked amazing and the guys working /cooking made the most delicious bacon jam and chipotle sauce. Superb! You feel like you are inside the smallest, deep water harbor in the world. It will immediately make you feel tranquil and refreshed. They will serve you the best biscuits and gravy you have ever had in your life! Yes! I stole off my husband’s plate continuously! Then, finish it up with a little something sweet to cut the savory! It is a very hard decision between the Apple fritter waffles and bread pudding! Even with a small menu it was hard to choose between all the options I wanted. The Oregon sandwich was delicious and their cinnamon crunch cake was unique and a yummy sweet treat. Pictured: south point smash burger & vegan sunrise sandwich We were more than pleased with the food! We drove down from our hotel in Lincoln city to try this place and it was so worth it! One of the best vegan breakfast items I’ve had (I live around Portland so I’ve tried a lot). So thankful for a good vegan option on the coast! And my husband loved the smash point burger! Amazing place! Visiting from Eugene and got recommended by one of the gift shop owners to try it. 5/5 food, 5/5 service, and 5/5 atmosphere! We even saw some otters! Super fresh and delicious food! We love Whale Bites! A must stop if you are in Depoe Bay. As a vegan, they not only have the best vegan food in the area, but some of the best vegan in general. The shoreline sandwich was so good.
