Food comes fast, it's always correct, and the Staff is nice. Overall favorite Wendy's for Spokane/Spokane valley Not to mention one of the few fastfoods you can get lunch meal deal for 5-6 dollars. Unlike other chains lately Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The three times I've been here I couldn't believe how friendly, helpful, and professional the counter staff were. Way better service than the last few fancy restaurants I've been to. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Served undercooked burger. This is a dangerous situation, under cooked hamburger is not acceptable. Also, please work on your customer service skills, the drinks had been over filled and still wet when they were handed to us. The lack luster attitude from the employee when asked for extra napkins to wipe them off was as if I were imposing on them. I like this one, it only gets small demerits for having a Laundromat connected to it. And the traffic flow near the exit of the drive thru isn’t the best planning. But orders are reliable and the people are getting it done. One time I even think these people saved my life. You see, my drivers side door had a short in the automatic window. And when I reached out to grab my drinks, the window rolled up faster than I could pull my hand back in. So I got my wrist pinned in between the edge of the window and the soft inside part of my wrist. It was not fun. I had no leverage to push the window down, I thought I was going to live the rest of my life stuck in my Hyundai car door with a Diet Cherry Vanilla Coke in my hand. But the Wendy’s people, let me tell you - they really stayed calm. They asked if I I lowered the window, or course so I explained calmly that I was stuck due to a short in the doors electrical window motor. So after several minutes of holding up the line and getting honked at, the window released it’s bite on me. And I was grateful that I got a refill on the Diet Cherry Vanilla Coke for free as I went on with my evening to enjoy a classic Son of a Baconator. The Wendy’s was very calm and kind.
