Wendy's is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A number of guests highlight that prices are attractive for what you get. There is comfortable atmosphere at this place, as people find it. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Came in for a pick up order and no one was there to greet me at the counter at 6:52 am. I called back at least 3 times for someone to acknowledge me and was ignored. As soon as I walked out of the store at 7am, someone came out and was messing with the restaurant doors. Went here and pretty much everything went wrong. The floor was sticky, service was slow and there was rarely anyone behind the counter. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger, and I had to wait for 5 minutes until someone was near enough to the counter to shout back to ask for a spoon. The food itself wasn't bad other than a somewhat warm frosty, but pretty much everything else in the experience was poor quality. Being one to look at the hours online, I was greatly disappointed to be left standing by the register for nearly 10 minutes. When I was finally noticed and halfway through my order, the clerk must have decided at that very moment that they weren't doing in-store orders, before telling me to use the drive thru, which says is currently closed. Utterly disrespectful. It's clear from the countless negative reviews that this location won't last much longer. Good riddance. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited in line at the counter for over 20 minutes to not even able to order since the cashier was trying to figure out previous orders. Didn’t even bother to tell anyone waiting in line that they are taking a break from taking orders and will only be taking cash. Could have just given a heads up so customers can know about the situation. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Three days ago. I went into Wendy's to place three separate orders. The plan was to get 1 [1 cent burgers 🍔 with each order]. NOPE!!! First, you have to download the app 😡😫‼️ Out of all the orders, I was told I could only purchase 1 - 1 cent burger 🍔. It wasn't worth the hassle, so I didn't download the app. Now for my order.... I waited over 30 minutes 😩 😒 😫 to receive cold fries 🍟 and burnt, dry nuggets. I will not be ordering from there any time soon. Very disappointing 😞 😕 😔!! This is the absolute worst managed Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced. We live nearby and periodically try it again, because Wendy’s is our favorite fast food option, but are always met with disappointment. The lobby is unpredictably closed with no rhyme or reason (not even a sign - you have to go try the door to see if it’s unlocked), the kitchen is almost always slow…one time they were out of cheese, but weren’t told until after we’d all ordered and received cheeseburgers…with no cheese on them. It’s hard to understand how they’re still in business. I desperately wish they were better, but it’s been like this for years with no sign of change. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
