Before I move to Georgia I used to love going to this Wendy's. I was excited to finally have a Wendy's in the area but last night change my whole mood. I placed a web order for the first time. Show up and waiting for 3 mins in the drive thru for some girl just to say we closed and never got my food. Days before I order their new loaded nacho chicken sandwich meal. The girl that took my money she was great. The girl that handed my food look at me and gave me a cold facial expression.. this is sad for such a new restaurant. I used to love going here. My daughter took me the other night . We both order the fiesta fries . Usually the cheese is melted on top of the fries. This time we had cold shredded cheese on top. When I wanted to ask about melting the cheese, I was told that they never do that. Well that's a lie. I had to stand there over minutes to get anyone to talk to about it in the first place. I had to lean over the counter to get a man's attention that walk straight past me without a word. The place wasn't clean. The people handled the food without gloves or hair nets. I love the choice of inside and outside dining. The food is hot and fresh, you get your food fast and the workers are always friendly. The choice of register ordering, app orders or kiosk is very nice, but I prefer the app or kiosk because you don't feel under pressure while deciding. I recommend this Wendy's.
