My first time meeting at Wendy's this restaurant is inside the Pilot Travel Center just off I-5, my cashier was friendly offered other menu suggestions got my special order right the first time, hot fresh and delicious yes it was busy but minimal weight. Paid $8 for a chicken sandwhich that was RAW. Not undercooked slightly...but RAW! Before i knew it was raw, i was given smushed bread and a chiken patty and lettuce remnant piece of lettuce core and nothing else. When I asked for the rest of my sanwhich I was told "ugh sorry we are out of everything but I can offer you some Diced tomatoes" which were frozen and mushy. Freaking pathetic. I knew I shouldn't have eaten here but after a long worknday we just wanted something quick. never again! Too many other options! Freaking appalled and how disgusting. I usually order 2 sides of grilled chicken and up until tonight at Wendy's Orland Ca it was more expensive! When I told the drive thru whatever she thinks she is That you only gave me 1 side! She looked at her coworker with pure amazement as her coworker said she put both sides in one! I said usually I get more and they both treated me horribly! I will never order from this Wendy's again and most likely any other Wendy's in the future! Customer service especially at fast food places has gone downhill! They are paid way too much its a starter job and if you don't like wat your doing you're not a tree you can move! Unsincerely a Very Dissatisfied former customer! More than one time I have come here and been told that I can’t order burgers because the grill is down I won’t go back.
