Enjoyed seeing our friend Walter on Tuesday. If you're looking for a quick lunch with lots of hospitality this is the place. The staff are always friendly and Walter makes you feel like a long lost friend.

My burger was undercooked they did not give me any ketchup or salt for my French fries, you think they have to pay for it themselves or something it's just condiments... And all I wanted was ketchup and salt I didn't want your ranch or whatever thank God I didn't!!! Unfriendly service so I did not return my food because I figured they would spit on it they were not busy there was two cars in front of me and one behind me as much money as we pay these days for this food it should be fresh and done right and in fresh I don't mean still mooing like my burgers was! 🐄🥩🤮 And if they hate their job that much that they can't be nice to people that come through there that keep them in a job then they need to find somewhere else to work... Js 🤷🏼♀️🙄🤬

Good food reasonably priced. Fast service, friendly service, clean bathrooms. Plenty of seating. Something for everyone. Chocolate Frosty is the best. Boo books or key tags are a good purchase to make. They have budget friendly meals as well. Fyi taco salad is chili and corn chips on a salad

Wendy's Hot & Crispy Fries
Excellent lunch! In my opinion, the best fast food option in Middlesboro. This Wendy's location is immaculate and well maintained. Very polite and efficient customer service. Extremely pleasant atmosphere experience in the dining room, which appears to be recently remodeled and includes modern upgrades. My partner and I visited Wendy's for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Although relatively busy, as it was the lunch hour, the service was efficient and our food prepared and delivered fresh and hot. Both of us had the Dave's Original single meal with cheese and fries. We both enjoyed the strawberry lemonade for our beverage. The Dave's single cheeseburger was absolutely delicious! The fries made fresh and hot, salted to perfection. The strawberry lemonade exquisite. If you've not treated yourself to Wendy's strawberry lemonade, you must!! In this part of the world there are not many restaurant options. Most certainly, Wendy's of Middlesboro excells in food quality and overall experience! Conveniently located directly in front of the Walmart Supercenter. Drive thru service window is also available at the location.

Came though on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm (after the lunch rush). No Ice in the soda machine, all the sodas were empty, no napkins, no ketchup. The employees were very rude and resistant to fill our drinks from their machine behind the counter for drive though customers. Management needs to step in and help employees manage their time on the clock; why not spend a few minutes to restock napkins/soda/ice so people don't have to get back in line just to ask for a napkin or a refill......

I normally don’t leave reviews but after our experience on Sunday night,30th of July, I chose to do so. We frequently come here on Sunday nights and most of the time the food is decent. But when we walked in on Sunday night the head manager looks absolutely disgusted and says “Oh no I’m not dealing with this!” And starts locking the doors and closing the lobby. Now remember they don’t close till 10:00 and at this point it was only about 8:45 or so. She looks at us and says we won’t be served and no one else from our group would be allowed to come in because her and the cooks were leaving. I’m not sure what kind of a manager acts this way other than an extremely poor manager with zero leadership skills. We always clean up and never leave a mess so to be treated this way was ridiculous. If I had the number to call the corporate office I would do so. This is definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with as far as a restaurant goes. It’s very sad when the employees under manager is the ones apologizing for her rotten attitude.

Ordered large order of french fries and this is what was in the bag when I got home. (see picture). Check your order before pulling out of the drive thru line. On the plus side, I went back a couple of days later and they gave me a large order of fries. Would have been nice to have had them with my burger...🙄
