Drive Thru, Service was friendly enough I ordered a sausage egg muffin. Open it up and liquid oil and grease ran out ruining my clothes. I was on my way to an appointment. I took one bite and the grease and salt made it un-eatable. Horrible fast food. I went in the store to wash up because the horrible oily smell. Salty???? Oily???? Come on Wendy’s, train these folks to do better. Even the sack had a oil spill so I couldn’t even put it in my car to leave. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

They were out of the apple and pecan salad around 7:00 pm. I ordered a bacon burger, it was cold and nasty. The meat tasted like it was freeze dried, and the fries were cold, there was no ice in our drinks. A year ago we went there to get their Valentine frosty, and guess what they were out of that! No customers were dinning in. Drive through was empty. Guy at the window made us pull forward to door we had to wait for a long time and go inside to get my order in the rain. Food was on the counter and was cold. All we ordered was two plain Burgers! Drive through means you pick your food up at the window. not park it, wait 30 minutes and then go get your food from the counter. The guy didn't even give me my receipt. Because he probably know he was gonna get a bad review. Because the customer infront of me , he parked it too and then had to go get his food . They sold me some burgers where the hamburger meat was as thin as the cheese and had the consistency of jerky. I did not have time to go back but you best believe you're getting one star. I feel like they did that to get rid of some old meat

I ordered a Cobb salad in the drive thru. It was awful. While I understand they are pre made and newly cooked chicken goes on top, this was awful. The tomatoes were frozen. They cannot remove ingredients as it’s pre made. While the lettuce was ok, the packet of dressing to cover the entire salad was small and two packets should have been provided. How is this Wendy’s still open? -Terrible service -Incredibly rude staff. -Never has what’s on their menu half the time. -My order is never correct no matter how simple I make it. Ordered $44 in food and it was garbage. The double baconator had 4 half strips of bacon that were mostly fat and the bun was hard and meat was super dry. Our nuggets where good but that burger that $9 burger was awful. This location use to be good but the workers today just didn’t care for customer service.
