Normally, I am ALL ABOUT SOME WENDY'S CHILI.... UNFORTUNATELY, I have officially learned by it being confirmed a second time,.... The Jacksonville Wendy's location will sell the chili liquid and call it chili when there is NO-MORE-CHILI-IN-THE-CHILI. When I arrived home, I discoved that I received 4 large chili broths without any actual chili inside. .... think watery, chili-flavored tomato sauce. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The girl taking the order didn't listen so the order was wrong. The whole reason for going to Wendy's was for my husband to get his pretzel baconater, he got a regular baconater which highly bothered me. All of the food was warm and bland not hot and fresh. This Wendy's was ok in cleanliness and the food is consistent with other stores. Ordered that Asiago Chicken "grilled" and was told that they don't offer anything grilled anymore. I don't know if it was just at that one store or Wendy's overall, but what a shame that you have to eat either fried or nothing.
