If I could give this place zero stars I certainly would. We showed up on a Sunday night at 9:28pm and the posted hours for dining room closing was 10pm. The crew member, Emmanuel, was very unprofessional and rude. He told us there is nothing he can do for us as we didn’t want to go through the drive thru. He also called us “bro” several times when trying to address the fact we wanted to be able to eat inside when posted hours are 10pm. Will not be returning here ever again. Very unprofessional. Horrible service!!!! Went through the drive thru and used the app for a promotion they took over 10 minutes to try and figure out what the issue was then told me I could not get what I ordered finally I paid then they told me I didn’t even pay when I clearly had the transaction on my phone open as it had already gone through. They wouldn’t honor nor compensate me for my time and then wasting my time and having the worst customer service ever then they told me it was my fault. Now I remember why I don’t go here. Checked my bag no receipt. Avoid this place!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
