Ignored us in the drive thru after handing us our food,we check our bag and noticed that we didn't get any straws with our order,we were still stopped in place at the drive thru when we were being rudely Ignored by 3 male workers when we were yelling through the sliding doors to please give us our straws.they the turned their backs and started laughing at us, holding up the drive thru line. We then just left mad without our straws and will make sure to never ever order anything from them ever again. McDonald's service is way better! First off the drive thru took unreasonable time. We were in line for 20 minutes. Ordered a pecan salad, Dave's double and unsweetened ice tea. I asked specifically after seeing diet Fuze pop up if it was unsweetened. They ecknowledged yes. We finally get to window. Drive thru guy says no longer have salad. We canceled it so my wife would go without eating. I again asked about the ice tea and was told yes it's unsweetened. I was handed drink last which was not unsweetened. It was diet sweetener which I cannot have. I ate my sandwich without my drink I paid for abd went without for a long time after. Note: being at drive thru level your restaurant interior was filthy. Trash all over the floor. Unmanaged crew wandering aimlessly. No management would ever allow a customer to see this filth. In addition to providing false details that could actually effect someone's else. I probably will not return to Wendy's over all because of this experience. I can't take chance of becoming sick. The people working in your store all look like homeless people dragged off the street. Unclean clothes and hygiene. Clearly have no concern for clients and if you read the above I am not the only one. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed a mobile order for this location, giving 7+ minutes lead time on the arrival. Ordered a Biggie Bag and received a burger that appears to have been thrown against a wall after assembly, and what I believe are chicken chunks.... This was of course, after other customers who arrived after me, got their food first, thus defeating the purpose of ordering ahead here. The Cobb Salad is fantastic though! I normally eat at McDonald's, but decided to try Wendys as I received a free promotion in the mail. I ordered a Dave burger and baconator fries. The burger looked nothing like the picture, not even a slice of tomato. I through both in the trash after one bite Food: 1

I couldn't have been any happier to choose this location for Breakfast, this morning. My entire order was correct and Nothing was Bad or Off Target. The Breakfast Staff Here is Very Kind and were very fast! I had my food before the lady got done with my card, in my own opinion, this might have been one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. Thanks, Topsham!! Went through the drive through. It took 20 minutes. People in front and behind me pulled away and left. The person at the window was very respectful and apologized, they said it was a mix up and they were understaffed. Food was good after the long wait. I have been to this Wendy's many times and it is always on the slow side. When you have a drive through near the interstate you expect it to be quicker. Maybe they need to hire more people and pay them better. Food: 4 Service: 1

I order through drive thru, Order two salads, a side of chili. With Two frosty drinks. One caramel and a mocha. A Cobb salad no dressing and a taco salad. Waited in line 5 minutes after ordering, payed, waited for another 15 minutes, then got to the window to get my order, waited 2 minutes maybe, then got my order. No chips for the Taco salad and the taco salad looked as though they didn’t slice the tomatoes that was put on it. Had to go in and wait a bit cause it was busy inside as well. The person that was helping me was very nice til this lady came up that I’m thinking was the manager was very rude. Trying to explain that they are new employees in the morning and didn’t let me get a word in but in all honesty. I wasn’t having that new employees excuse, I just want a I understand. I want a dice tomatoes. No need to explain to me that they get made every morning. No, I just need them dice like they should be. Got out of there, on the road going home I try my mocha frosty drink, NOT mocha. At all, couldn’t enjoy that. Got home. Got to my chili, runny. Watery. That was a disappointment. This has to be the worst Wendy’s. Pulled into drive thru, placed my order then waited a half hour before I got my food. Burgers were cold, frosty had almost completely melted by the time I got it. Their excuse was lobby is packed. There was 1 couple at the counter. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wendy’s is usually good STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I wanted 1 hour for my food at the drive thru when I got to the ordering speaker the guy acted very unprofessional and also yelled ANYTHING ELSE multiple times as we came up to the window no hello or anything just grabbed the card and handed it back and just basically tossed the bags at us!! It's December 3rd and shame on your evening crew. My service was absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced at a Wendy's. Not only did I have to wait half an hour for my food, but my Baconator fries were forgotten. Shame on the owner and shame on the manager -- I can't blame kids for the failures of this Wendy's. There's a constant line, and for good reason -- the manager and owner do NOT care. Save your money and go to Jersey Mike's in the same complex. Absolutely pathetic. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
