Hands down the worst experience at any fast food restaurant. I'm unaware of what the actual issue was, but we walked in and there were only four people in there. They already ordered and were waiting for their food. We ordered our food for dine-in and proceeded to wait 20 minutes for a couple of hamburgers. They put our fries on the tray five minutes after we ordered, so by the time the burgers were done, the fries were ice cold. Everyone who came in behind us experienced the same wait and I heard someone tell the drive thru it was a 10-15 minute wait for food. I didn't ask for warm fries because I didn't want to have to wait anymore and the poor kid at the register was getting harassed by everyone else tired of waiting for their "fast food".
