Worst Wendy's location I have ever stepped into 🤮 walked into the location I smelt marijuana instantly and the floors were dirty and even the counters were filthy I'm surprised I didn't see roaches crawling anywhere! I had to wait nearly 25 minutes to get a large order of fries and a baconator with a large iced tea.... The workers looks like they can use a shower and their attitudes are horrible I'm not kidding every one of their attitudes were horrible! Whether you're a franchise or a corporation come on Burger King we can do better than this.... PURE UTTER GROTESQUE Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I catching when they let me in with closed in lobby they touch buns spread sauce with non wear plastic gloves . No wonder they not see it by drive thru. shame on them! I did warned other who planned to order same place they said thank to me and they left Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was hungry and it was me and a good friend of mine and we was in the Drive-Thru and the line was long so I thought why not download the app and see what kind of small fortune I can save us. I noticed that it was national bacon day or close to it where I can get a junior bacon cheeseburger for a penny with any purchase well I log my order in on my phone and make it to the window and the girl looks at me and says they can't scan my coupon through the drive-thru when clearly on the app it gave me the option to mobile order or scan it in the restaurant... She tried to lie to me and say that it has to be for a mobile order only and when I showed her that it gave me the option to scan at the window she told me that the system has just shut down. That was that was crazy and I was disrespected and I will never go there again although Wendy's is my favorite fast food in town. If I could give no stars and still leave a review I would. Really good food. Hot, fresh and plenty of it, the burger is great and the fries are hot and the drinks are mixed well, not to much syrup and just enough carbonation. Will definitely eat here again. The restaurant is just so so...I mean it's fast food... But it should be better and that has a lot to do with the people who work there...I understand I've worked in fast food, but if you're behind the counter at least act like you want to work...It has to do with management...Take a look at Chick-fil-A it runs great (of course they have issues) but they care...That's why the cars aren't wrapped around Wendy's...
