I understand doing a remodel. However, it is frustrating for the customer. I am visually impared and require a martcart to get around. It's so frustrating not knowing where things are. If my meds didn't go through the pharmacy here, i would shop elsewhere.
Last night I went to this Walmart and had the worst experience of all Walmart experiences! As I’m going down an isle on a Friday night- one whole side was completely taken over by boxes, carts and employees stocking shelves, I’m walking behind an employee that’s filling pickup orders and he stops right in front of me. I waited patiently while he grabbed something off the shelf and slowly put it in a basket on his cart. Taking his time, he goes back and checks the phone/tablet that has the order details and continues to stand there like he’s looking for another item on the shelf. This time, I politely asked if I could get around him. He didn’t say a word but started to walk his cart to where there was enough room for me to get through. He let go of his cart in the middle of the isle and walked away! So I still can’t get through, I grabbed the cart to stop it from rolling into the shelves and pulled it back so I could get through. Said employee never said a word! THEN!! When I was checking myself out, I noticed another employee was sweeping the floor nearby. All of the sudden, she’s sweeping RIGHT AT MY FEET!! while I continue to check out, never even looked up at me! let alone said a word!! Worst Walmart experience I’ve ever had!!
I hate this Walmart! They never have money orders or the machine is down and they're rude about it! Like I can read their minds and I'm already supposed to know they're out of money orders or the machine is down! It's not my fault the person who is supposed to order more money orders can't do their job! If you know you're going to run out (and it happens ALOT) order more than you normally would I don't understand why it's so hard! If you can't do that then at least put a sign at the money center that says you're out of money orders or the machine is down then you won't have to come over to do your job! It's hard sometimes to even get someone over to the money center I've waited 10 minutes before while other employees just looked at me and didn't let anyone know that someone needed help at the money center (more people who can't do their job) and then when someone does finally come over they act like you're bothering them! If you don't want to do your job find another one and don't be rude to me because you have to come over and do your job I'm not rude to you!!! I will be going to the Walmart at the Greenwood exit from now on for my groceries and money orders and that's a shame because I just live down the street!
I love Walmart! Online ordering with pickup is my thing. Every time I go the wait time and service level goes up another notch. Wouldn't it be great if they got rid of going inside all together? They could turn the entire lot into a pickup zone with robotic delivery carts. Inside they could reformat the store, turn it into a super efficient warehouse and stock more products. It could be like a mini Amazon warehouse holding the same amount of stuff Amazon has. Could you imagine? .... But yes, I love Walmart! ..... I just thought of one other thing. If they didn't have shoppers in the store then the shoplifting and looting would go away and legitimate customers like me would pay even less but live even better!
Absolutely the worst Walmart experience I've ever had. Customer Service and management in this place are an absolute joke. My brother is in the hospital down the street, so I stumbled into this location last evening to get a card for his phone and some snacks for his room. I checked out in the electronics department with a woman so elderly and cold that she wore winter gloves to check me out, constantly distancing herself while scanning and bagging my items. She did not put the phone card in my bag, but I didn't notice until I got back to the hospital. Thinking customer service would help, I called. After being hung up on twice by a woman who didn't want to go check the desk for my card, she left the phone off hook while explaining to her manager that I was on her last nerve.. he snatched the phone and said to come back at 7am when someone could check the camera, they weren't walking back there to check at this time. Here I am at the God forsaken customer service desk. It's not ten after 8 and the manager that I spoke with upon arrival has slipped into the abyss. Guess I'll stand here for another hour til she comes by and remembers she forgot me here. Worst $30 I've ever spent. I don't expect much from Walmart, but this has been disgusting... Oh they found it. After a night and day of treating me like I was trying to steal from them. Trash service. Trash professionalism. Trashiest Walmart I've ever seen.

Move over, comedy clubs – Walmart's got jokes! I walked in expecting the usual retail experience, but it turns out Walmart is the comedy show I never knew I needed. The store is like a stand-up routine – clean, well-put-together, and every aisle is a new punchline waiting to be discovered. The staff deserves a round of applause – not just for stocking the shelves but for being the real MVPs of customer service. I have questions about products? Boom! They've got answers. Need assistance finding something? They're like retail GPS, guiding me through the shopping maze with enthusiasm. Walmart, you've turned my grocery run into a laughter-filled adventure. Who knew buying toilet paper could be so entertaining? Kudos to the team for keeping the store in top-notch shape and the atmosphere light and fun. If laughter is the best medicine, then Walmart is my prescription for retail therapy – and the price is always right!
Mother’s room and bathrooms are gross. When I asked someone to clean it they told me I should have just brought blankets to lay down over the dirty surfaces.
This Walmart is by far my favorite in the metro. It’s always clean, well-stocked, with friendly employees. Organized well, easy to navigate and convenient to shop. I appreciate the level of fast helpful employees, which easily makes this the best Walmart.
Had a great experience shopping both last week for 42 kids and again today for 26 tots. The clerks at the checkouts were very effecient and were happy that we were shopping at their store. Was fun to watch the other customers watch us shop. We get 2 volunteers for next year who love to shop for people.
I usually never leave bad reviews but I’ve had several experiences here. Two of my delivery (I try not to get delivery here anymore) never got delivered. I went to the store to pick them up and couldn’t. I couldn’t have them delivered because of some third party policy. Couldn’t select the items myself and move on they had to cancel my order and hold hundreds of dollars for a week. On a separate occasion I went in to return something and the employee was angry with his computer. I was scrolling through the app and he grew impatient and took my phone out of my hand to look him self. At this point I’ve just decided to go to the independence Walmart to prevent issues.
