By far thee BEST Walmart in the country! This is my second time visiting this Walmart location during a road trip into LA, and both times I’ve been left amazed! It’s so organized, fully stocked, the staff is kind, the bathrooms are spotless clean, the fruit is fresh… I can go on and on! 10 stars on my review scale! This location needs to LEAD the Walmart standards nation- wide! Oh and if you are driving electric, they always have available chargers to electrify while shopping! BIG W WALMART!

Usually have what I need so no complaints there. However, check out is always a pain as you spend just as much time shopping as waiting in checkout line. Checkers are pleasant and helpful but there's usually no more than 3 or 4 working while 10 registers stay closed. Why? Meanwhile people are funneling through self checkout with more items in their bags then on the receipts.

I found the experience to be very pleasant at this Walmart there is tremendous amount of parking you have a Subway inside you have a grocery part of the store you have Pharmacy you have electric vehicle charging here at the store is very clean the employees are very nice and kind they're very proficient everyone is working visibly you can tell management is doing a great job here you can tell they really care it's refreshing to see something ran so well the only minor complaint I would say is here early in the morning I think someone needs to come out here and get all of these carts and take these carts back in to the store besides that they're doing an amazing job

Worst customer service. I asked 5 different associates if they can help me get formula since it is locked up. They all responded with I don't have a key sorry we can help. One that was working in the baby department actually told me nobody has a key sorry like if she was telling me that I wasn't gonna get the formula for my baby. I had to walk up to the front and spoke to 3 different associates and finally customer service got me a manager. So the manager got someone to open where they had the formula. But only apologized to me for having to wait. Didn't even bother to apologized about the way staff treated me or their lack of customer service. Terrible

Came for an oil change was told an hour to an hour & a half. At the hour & a half mark car was still parked & not even started on! We had other places to be. We had to make an appointment for another day & I asked for a discount for our inconvenience. Julia said “we’ll see, I have to ask them, they’ll let you know on the day you come back.” They need better training & more staff. If it’s going to be longer let us know so we can make an informed decision!

There are some very hard-working employees at this Walmart. There’s a few cashiers that are a little slow but you got understand they’re on their feet all day long. Overall, everyone is helpful and nice. I especially like the guys who bring your orders out for car pick up. They are young and energetic and so friendly. Overall, this is a good Walmart, it’s kept clean and organized. They’ve converted almost all of the check out to self check out which I hate, but it does allow for you to get a cashier if you prefer. They expanded the pet section which is nice if you have dogs and cats.

Walmart has been out of cucumbers the last 3 visits. Had to buy the mini cucumbers. Please restock. Also the staff who do the online orders can improve on customer service and be a bit more careful when pushing those carts around, like they are anti-social

Going to Walmart and scanning my own items over the years and all of a sudden I'm being told they have to scan the first item.. If I wanted them to scan my items I would stand in the line for that. Just because they have nothing to do but stand there don't come and tell me it's the rule. Open the lanes back up and start scanning since they want to scan so bad! I'm pretty sure someone will need their help but that's not me. If they have no work for them give them the day off instead of standing there wanting to scan people's items. Walmart has made it very easy for customers to scan and go over the year's (we don't need help). There were two area's for self check out and the ladies just stood there and watched and helped when someone had a problem, but now! This new rule for the people who don't have nothing to do but try to look busy and scan. Next time I go to self check out and they tell me they have to scan my first item I'm going to make them scan everything since they want to scan so bad, if they have a problem call the manager!

So there's a promotional thing going on, and we get approached by management insulting us, making us feel like garbage. If this is upper management, Walmart needs to hire new people Watch out for this one don't matter how much money you spend in there she will insult you like it's her business to!
