Love having someone else do my shopping, is very helpful because I am disabled. They keep in contact all day as to substitutions or better deals. Very curtious when they take out my order.

I called and attempted to order chocolate in bulk (a 44 piece order of 41g Hershey kisses for my employees on Valentine's Day.) I spent 3 minutes on dial for a sad employee to say "Yeah basically we don't do that." I wish one day Walmart starts acting like a big business rather than an empire driven my four different toddlers.

Walmart had everything I wanted on this trip. My only question is, am I at Walmart or a pet store? I don't know why people think it's OK to bring your DOG into a grocery store. Leave your dog at home.o

This Walmart is no different from any other Walmart. Grossly understaffed, employees that can't help you, isles clogged with inventory with nobody to restock, no checkouts open other than self checkout and a dozen employees up front doing absolutely nothing other than talking to each other or on their personal cell phones. Shopping at Walmat is a last resort and I always avoid shopping at Walmart if possible.

Crowded.. No associates around, if you could find any they were visiting with other associates or on their phones....only one live checker open...rest self check...and woman who was supposed to help at self check out was texting.

Employees (supervisor)are not friendly. Customer service was closed due to staffing issue. This should not happen, the manager should have made sure to keep service desk open. And the lady telling all persons that it was closed could have done so without being rude. Also the aisles are so full of Employees pulling online orders that you can't easily shop. One hit my cart with their cart and didn't even apologize.

Wal mart in española get a half a star they are rude there at all times. Lisa is amazing the rest are trash and that’s why they work at wal mart sorry to say I asked if they could order me some stuff to the store and the security guard who works there I didn’t know until then that he must also work at wal mart 🤣🤣 which he does not he was quick to tell me no but the list goes on and on of why they are trash there they make wal mart look bad

Waited 30 minutes for curbside order then got email there would be a 2 hour delay. I cancelled the order. Went in to get a few things I had to have. Only 2 checkouts open on a busy Sunday. Huge lines for self checkout. Never shopping here again.

This store is a customer lawsuit waiting to happen. Exposed chunks of tile and concrete in the Hotwheels aisle. When I went and showed this picture to the front end manager, they didn’t show much concern and I felt like I was blown off. I hope no one gets hurt.
