This store is always very clean and the isles are easy to get up and down even when the are stocking their shelves.The staff that I've had contact with have been very friendly and helpful especially Linda E in electronics! She's been working there for years and I've yet to walk up to her and ask her any question that she doesn't know the answer to or a few times she's made sure to get a hold of someone who did know the answer if by some chance she didn't know.those times have been less than a handful though.You should be very proud that she represents your store for sure!

I am not a fan of the "self-check" mentality. It is beginning to be the attitude of employees as well. Great selection. Good pricing.

JR asked me if I needed help and looked up my item and walked me to it. I live in Paola and no one there has ever asked me if I need help! Kimberly was a great cashier and Wendy even loaded my cart! Way to go Ottawa! Great customer service ❤️

Always trying to help me whether I ask or not good friendly service could do with a better inventory but that's not the stores fault corporate needs to evaluate why Iola has to refer customers to Chanute

I prefer this location over the one north of here on 59. Granted, a bit smaller. But never had any issues. Friendly staff. And always have what I come for.

I, unfortunately, go to Walmart quite often, probably 3 or 4 times a week. I always pay for my stuff and I’m sure they are used to seeing my face. Yet every time I’m in there I’ve got an abnormal amount of employees asking if I need anything or following me to every isle, then when I’m checking out they stand over me like I’m doing something wrong and I’m so over it, quit treating people like thrives when we have to do your job for you.

Very friendly people, if you find an associate that is nearby, they are very willing to help you. I was greeted by every associate I walked by and was asked how my day was. I usually dread going to Walmart in the state I currently reside in, but I'll definitely always come back to this walmart when I'm back here at home in Kansas.

Fully stocked store, the womans restroom was very fancy. The handicap stall needed to be cleaned, had some kind dirt on the wall in the stall. The store for the most was clean. In deli area had a lot of Yello Sale price tickets. They need more Handicap parking slots.

Normally find what I'm looking for. Good prices on most things. Don't care for the self checkout and wish they would have more cashier's. I'd rather wait in a line for a cashier if I have to then use the self checkout
