A month ago
Placed an order for my son's 8th birthday for a cake and some cupcakes. Went this morning to pick it up, and they did not even have the kit to make them. The bakery manager was not very understanding or sympathetic that this had happened. I ended up calling mattoon walmart and explaining my situation and they're going to have them ready for me within an hour. If that's the way a bakery manager handles mistakes on their end I will not be returning for my business.
