The girl who worked yesterday was awesome. She took time to help me with a website issue that frustrated me beyond belief. Very professional and helpful. Also one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Normally I love vocelli’s pizza but my experience today was horrible. First of all I spent 75 dollars and the customer service was terrible. When my husband called to order tue food the man was so rude. then we got the food and it was horrible. The steak subs were gross and the pizza was like cardboard. It didn’t taste good at all. I am extremely upset at this point and don’t even want to call to complain because they will offer to make the food again. Well I will never eat at this restaurant again. Don’t waste your time or money because you will be disappointed. Spend your money somewhere else.

ALERT**Worst behavior by the owner ever***: I ordered cauli pizza and they gave chicken pizza (check pic)and when tried to call to make return he was not even talking properly and cut the phone twice.vocelli pizza is good but never go to scott town center.this owner is very rude and bad and he will rob you.

Had the most amazing experience here tonight. We unfortunately had to put our dog down earlier this evening. Jeff and James there overheard us being upset. They were so kind! They asked about our pup, looked at a picture of her, and then comped our meal. The pizza was outstanding, but service was even better.
