I absolutely love this place. It’s my favorite sandwich place in all of Denver. The tofu banh mi is delicious and my partner loves the combination sandwich along with a refreshing tea. The Vietnamese coffee is also excellent. Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly too. There’s nothing NOT to love about Vinh Xuong Bakery. It’s on my top ten favorite go-to / guilty pleasure places in all of Denver. Clean, fresh, healthy, delicious, and at a great price point. These things keep me coming back regularly, as well as recommending it to anyone I know. The staff is friendly and cheerful, and I never finish one of their bahn-mi sandwiches without a smile on my face. Try their sweets and pork buns too, you won’t be disappointed!
