What a discovery in Rancho Cordova!!! The pepper steak and shrimp garlic noodles had me questioning whether I was really eating steak and shrimp👀 This is the NUMBER 1 Vegan Steak and Shrimp I have had to date!!!! I travel the world to eat, and this rivaled most dishes that actual steak and shrimp… I will be back… Are you hiring? I may need to work here to afford my tab!!!! Very good! The menu is made up of challenge and contest winners. Had the tofu puff roll (wow!), oxtail-less pho, and breakfast fried rice. Puff roll is very fresh and is reminiscent of an eel roll. So good. The pho had a lovely broth and the meatballs were satisfying. It also had mushrooms (I believe king oyster?) pieces. Yum. Breakfast fried rice is extremely good if you are a fried rice and/or breakfast foods lover. Can’t wait to come back and try some more!

Im happy they have an all vegan restaurant now because Pho Fresh once made my vegan pho with tripe in it. This restaurant is beautiful inside and the service was amazing. I had the Miso Pho King Good and the Saigon Crepe roll. Both were amazing! The mango sticky rice could definitely use some work. Happy to have this new option in town. All vegan menu, run by the owners of the successful Pho Fresh practically next door. Now is the time to come in. Everything is new, fresh, and clean. As a vegan, this is a new menu of food to try and enjoy. Windows are tinted, so look for the open sign!! I'll be cheerfully returning. Finally they opened! The wait was worth it. Amazing food, all past years best vegan chef challenge foods are on the menu! Very friendly and attentive staff, great experience overall.
