The thin blond woman w/ acne,behind the coffee bar was rude...she ignored me waiting for service at least 2-3mins. No one else was at the counter until three women came up to my right & then she came up, waiting on all 3 women before acknowledging me as a customer.😒 The brunette lady on the bakery side & doing the register was very pleasant & sweet, though. There are many lovely coffee shops in downtown Hendersonville that I've enjoyed often(at least 1-2 times weekly). Unfortunately, this was an unpleasant experience & would not recommend this place unless customer service is addressed! Still the Best! It’s been awhile since we’ve been here but watching CBS Morning this morning had a feature about a bakery in NYC that reminded us of just how lucky we are to be here in Hendersonville NC. Underground is as gourmet as a bakery can be and the people there are sweeter than their confectionery creations. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
