Did a delivery order for the first time yesterday from the Lititz location and was told it would be 45-55 minutes however about 2 hours later the food came and the pizza was cold. The small Italian sub was delicious but super small. It was the size of a regular hoagie roll cut in half for $10.00...WOW! To top it off I was told I could not use the coupon for $5 off my order that came in the mail in their menu. I was told it was for dine in only, but nowhere on the coupon does it say that. Really good food from this place. Pizza is always tasty and they give you giant jalapeño poppers instead of the tiny ones most restaurants use. I usually get delivery through grubgub but calling in your order I think is best. Had a delivery snafu recently that customer service fell well below expectations, but the managing partner Grant called me and fixed everything, which was greatly appreciated.
