Don’t ever order a large order to go. Order was wrong, went back in - manager came out and argued with me. While holding the printout of my order showing what they missed from the order. You’d think the manager would have read the receipt and checked before he came out to argue. Worst customer service ever. $168 for a couple family taco kits is steep, but then not getting all the food and being argued with is over the top. Incompetent management and kitchen staff, would not recommend. There are other Uncle Julio locations within a couple miles, I’d suggest going there. Not a good night for this location. Our 6:45pm reservation for 6pm was delayed until 730pm due to the manager giving our table away to others who walked in. This was the feedback from the hostesses. After they found a table, the service was slow! Had to ask for napkins and utensils. Had to check on the drinks multiple times. Had to ask for water multiple times. The food was decent but the overall experience was below average. I cross posted this on several apps. People need to know. Wonderful experience 10/10! My server Maria was so sweet and attentive to all of our needs. Kyle the manager is AMAZING! He’s EXTREMELY WONDERFUL every time we come here. Also our waitress Jessica is FANTASTIC! She remembers us every time we come here and remembers our orders.
