The place looks very nice, clean, and the service is pretty good too.but the food isn't good. I ordered the tonkotsu (correction, SHOYU) and it didnt taste anything like other places. The pork was very thin, the broth was thin and had an odd smell and it was bland. And the noodles werent the best. The dumplings were ok and left alot to be desired. Overall, the dipping sauce was the most flavorable part. I didn't finish the bowl and didn't take the leftovers because they were terrible. Pretty average overall. We ordered a Shoyu Ramen and the California sushi cake. Not the best I've ever, not the worst I've ever had. Limited Ramen selection (shoyu, miso, tonkatsu, shio) but pretty decently priced. Not bad. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I tried the Tonkotsu ramen on a rainy day, and while it was good, it didn't quite reach extraordinary. The ramen offers good value for its price, and the presentation is well-done. Although the ambiance is pleasant, I believe they could enhance it for a more authentic Japanese feel. Nevertheless, it's clean, and I appreciate that. The service was commendable. Overall, I plan to return and explore other ramen options. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Tonkotsu Ramen

TL/DR: 1. Stop handing customers utensils and plates for them to arrange themselves. 2. Stop giving customers tap water, it tastes disgusting. One will automatically assume you are cooking with it, which I can tell you did. 3. Don't prioritize your expediency in sacrifice for the customer's experience - think long term. 4. These simple issues will prevent repeat customers. Fix it, please. ---- We are paying for service, not to work. In Japan, service is part of the meal, along with presentation. The customers will appreciate someone premptively placing the necessary amount of utensils and tableware. A simple measure in business analysis is "How you do anything is how you do everything." If you even bother to use filtered water or bottled water, than you are most likely cutting corners elsewhere. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
Uma Uma has some of the BEST gyoza I've ever tasted. It has a specific crunch on one side and a sauce that complements it perfectly. Their Ramen is pretty good and better priced than some of the big ramen chains. Generous portions, flavorful broth and attentive, kind staff. Location is always clean and fast. My husband and I come here often. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Spicy Miso Ramen

I love this place, I really do. But do yourself a favor and go to the restaurant. Do not order food for takeout or delivery because the portions are tiny and overpriced. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The suishi cake is awesome, especially if you're a fan of the California role. It was the first time I had onigiri , and I had the Bulgogi and tuna one both good season well. The chicken skewer was ok kind of dry. Takoyaki, not for me, didn't like the texture. It's my fault. I really thought it would taste like Tatar tots. I really didn't read the description of the dish. My friend had the chicken ichi dish, which he enjoyed. Sorry, I didn't taste it Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Bulgogi Onigiri
