A very nice Asian restaurant…definitely recommended. As starters we had spicy calamari and shrimp sushi and as main course, beef and duck- they were all delicious. Our waiter Burak explained us nicely all details about the food.

My wife, infant daughter and I were up early this evening - the food was great and the service was unbeatable. The staff were trying to play with our daughter and even gave here some coloured pencils to keep her occupied!

To be honest, I’m surprised when I saw the miso soup is priced at 345 TL (>£10). Normally a miso soup would be £3-5 in London, in a high end Japanese restaurant would be £8-10. But >£10 for a miso soup in Istanbul, really?
Then to the food, it is fusion Asian, which means mixed of different countries’ food in Asia. With all the respect, the dishes tasted don’t like anything from where it should be. Not respecting the origin of Asian food at all.
The environment and service is great, but people come to restaurant to eat. You missed the point.
Fairmont should think again keeping this restaurant, and residents definitely need to think twice before coming.

Terasta bulunan masalarda oturduk. Ambiyans ve manzara çok güzeldi. Yenilenen Sushi menüsünü çok beğendik, sipariş ettiğimiz her yemek üzerine aşçı ve garsonların bizimle küçük bilgiler ve hikayeler paylaşmaları , Restoran müdürü Atakan Bey’in şarap eşleştirmeleri ile gurme bir gece geçirdik. Tekrar gelmek isteriz, tavsiye de ederiz.
