Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
great thanks Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
The first time I ordered from here I had pretty good food overall. The second time was a not at all impressive. My order took forever to be delivered and I ended up with burnt, cold tenders and cold fries. Very disappointing. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2
The first time I ordered they were the best tenders ever. The second time we got the party pack and they weren't great, fries were soggy, didn't get the waffle fries as advertised, didn't get the coleslaw we ordered, and it came in catering containers with too many wasted planted serving utensils. Was more for a work event than a party I guess. Needs to be more clear in advertising. Service Delivery Food: 4

I've ordered Twisted Tenders multiple times, and they have been so tasty every time! Deliciously tender, juicy chicken, and the sauces....ohhhh, the sauces. I am obsessed with the twisted ranch 😍 Keep doing what you're doing, and I'll keep ordering!
Twisted Tendies is, literally, Old Chicago. Same goes with Lou's Italian Kitchen, it's Old Chicago. Deceptive marketing tactics to trick you into thinking you're getting food from a place that specializes in chicken. That is not the case. You are getting Old Chicago rebranded.
The ranch is a soup and you get two spoonfuls of it. Honestly grocery store chicken is just as good and isn't nearly as much of a ripoff.
Really wasn't worth the time or the money. Had a hard time finding the place. It's inside Old Chicago. Had to wait 30 mins for my food after I ordered. Was pretty expensive for what you get.
