If you're a fan of mole negro, theirs is definitely worth the drive to Tulum. Plus, it's a beautiful restaurant, the service is good, and the food and drinks are fresh. They must even make their own tortillas. Their Margaritas are our new favorites. I had the Passion Fruit Margarita, but my husband had the House Margarita, and even it tasted fresh and from scratch. I thought the atmosphere was mostly contemporary, nice and modern. The food was good, not great. The drinks were such a disappointment - when you are paying $14 for a cocktail, you should taste the alcohol. This was a deal breaker for me.
