Not only is West Virginia home for me but the food served at Tudor's Biscuit World embodies the people of my home state. Everyone is kind and friendly - the food has a genuine home cooked meal feel and taste - and the atmosphere is welcoming.
My only complaint is that Pepsi is served here - and I don't drink coffee - so it is hard for me in the beverage department. The Hot Cocoa is delicious - however drinking hot beverages in summer months doesn't appeal to me.

Every time I come here, I order extra crispy/ well done tater rounds. I ask twice to please make sure they're extra crispy, because it's an ongoing problem. Every time, we're pulled to the Gino's side to wait for our order. Cool, I know well done takes time. But today is the 5th time in a row I've been given cold, mushy potatoes. I'm done wasting my money on intentional poor service. When asking a couple times a week with emphasis, giving me under opposite of what I asked for can only be intentional. The request is on the receipt, so I know it wasn't missed.

We went to the Teays Valley Tudors and found a filthy restroom without paper towels. When I told the employees about it, the assistant manager told me they're hiring as if I'm looking for a job. I bet John Tudor would look down on this behavior...and if not, then the brand has seriously slipped. This has been the WORST customer service experience I have ever dealt with. We will not be back.

Ordered a peppi and a coke. Peppi was 90% cheese and maybe 2 pieces of pepperoni. Other times it has had lots of pepperoni. Service was fast though.
