Does a great BBQ place really need atmosphere? The only atmosphere necessary at a great BBQ place is the wonderful smell of bbq’d meats. And Trinity has that. I was just passing through Pratt on my way to the Wichita airport and didn’t have a lot of time. I dropped in and the two owners were hustling up a huge to go order and the nice woman working the counter told me it was just them and it would be sometime before they could seat me. I asked if I could just get two or three ribs to go. She knew I was in a hurry and quickly got an order…literally in 60 seconds. They were so busy, but stopped helped me out. I was able to get some spectacular ribs AND still make my plane. She asked if I wanted sauce and I declined. The ribs were very moist, yet were still fall off the bone tender. That is HARD to do. The outside (bark) looked great and texture was there. They have a very mild flavor. I do wish I had grabbed some sauce, if for no other reason than just trying it out. These ribs are for real, trust me and give them a try. And THANKS for the great service you gave me today! You have earned these 5 stars!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
