I was visiting and didn’t expect to find such an impressive stop for lunch. I was so excited to discover Tres Bros, which features Nicaraguan cuisine. I can’t say enough about how delicious this place is. I got the pollo asada bowl, and wow! It featured fresh salsa, homemade beans and rice with cotija fresco and fried plantains which were some of the best I have ever had. What a great find!! We had the ceviche (habanero hot) and surf and turf bowl both were delicious and full of flavor. Highly recommend. The woman who took our order and prepared our food was so nice. Very clean outside area to eat but you can also sit inside if you want someplace warmer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is exactly what a food truck should be. Great food, friendly service at a price you won't get in a restaurant. Don't be fooled by the simple menu on the side of the truck, ask for details on offerings that include daily specials and more. Highly recommended!
