We went to this restaurant for the great reviews. The service was great but the food not so much. We ordered a couple of things in the menu and shared a dish for lunch. The good things was their soup and arroz. The rest was not good. We ordered a grouper filet that was bad. It tasted like old fish and it was very watery. The majado was mostly potatoes and their salad didn't taste good. The price was way to high for the quality of the food.

Stopped in on a whim for lunch and had am exceptional time. Our waiter, Ricky, was helpful and fun, and gave us some fantastic tips on where to hike in the area. The Mofongo in Spanish sauce was great and so were the handmade Empanadas. Really nice art displayed and for sale on the walls as well.

The mofongo relleno with Red Snapper and garlic sauce was amazing. My wife loved the red snapper filet. Our waitress was great, and make sure to ask the manager for which sea food is the most fresh.

We went there with some friends. It took us a while to get there because Google Maps had the incorrect address, but it's been corrected and you should be able to find the place easily. The atmosphere is very nice, you can see the bay, the area is clean and the restaurant is very nice and comfortable. The staff is super nice and professional. They make you feel welcomed. We ordered some appetizers before having lunch, and these were great and tasty. We really enjoyed these!! The menu has a good selection of dishes, from seafood to chicken and other meats. Now, the food wasn't as good as expected. It was good, but it lacks flavor and the mofongo we ordered to be made of green and yellow plantains, was just made of green plantains, and a little too greasy. Overall, the experience was nice and we have a great afternoon with our friends.

Very close to our hotel Copamarina we decided to venture and I am glad we did. The location is at the Malecón so great view. The house sangria was wonderful, perfect fruity color and taste. My husband had the Chillo frito,of course, it was very tasty. The “tostones de pana” were very crunchy the way we like them. I had the octopus salad. It was on the chewy side which is ok for me, it was delicious. For sure we’ll come back again with family.
We found this place and I highly recommend it, the food was delicious, prices were fair, was tough to find a parking but the place it’s worthy. The mojito was so good. The place was packed and I noticed there was two server for a whole area. The food took time and that is something they could improve because we waited almost an hour. But in overall you should give the restaurant a try.

We visited here because the food at Copamarina wasn't good. Lucky for us! We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful. There was no trouble communicating even though we don't speak Spanish. We'll be back at Copamarina again and we will certainly be eating here again.

The service was very good at Trasiego Sea Food Restaurant. The octopus was cooked just right; it had a delicious smokey flavor. The Brazilian steak was tough and chewy, but the flavor, particularly on the fat, was good. The cheese balls were very good. The sauce served for dipping tasted like french dressing mixed with tartar sauce. The sauce was served with the smashed plantains also; the plantains were cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is classy and clean.
Beautiful friendly place, the prices are amazingly cheap and the meals are exquisite!!! I enter this beautiful place and thought, well this is gonna cost me an arm and a leg. To my surprise it was affordable!! Definitely recommend anyone who wants to come here, please do you won't regret it.
