Found this while visiting European Village and it seemed to be the only place around that had coffee. The coffee was excellent so we ordered dinner for five to take out. Went to Tram's Cafe because we really enjoy good pho. Reviews online were good so gave it a try. We ordered pho with beef and brisket and a bahn mi sandwich. The pho was served in medium to small plastic bowls. The broth had a little seasoning but otherwise was fairly bland and lacked any depth of beef and spice flavor. The usual condiments of thai basil, bean sprouts and sliced chiles came in a plastic bag. The bahn mi was toasted, mostly dry and bland. Service was adequate and basically perfunctory.
