Lovely restaurant to come and have lunch at after visiting the castle in Trakai. We were glad to step out of the cold and into this warm, cosy eatery. We ordered the traditional kibinai (a bit like an empanada or a pasty) with the lamb and spinach and cottage cheese fillings. Both were very good. We also got the cottage cheese and berry pancakes which were delicious and beautifully plated (see photo). A good experience! Aciu! The food is really good, we tried the soups which are also incredible. Very polite waiters and creative and delicious deserts. Awesome place which deserves a visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing place in Trakai, food very delicious and fresh, good portion, good price, staff very helpful, very clean place. Highly recommended. A lovely cosy atmosphere. Great place for a hot drink, out of the cold. But the food was not great - the seafood soup tasted like it was made with either canned or frozen calamari and mussels, and the meat dumplings were very chewy and sitting in a soup of butter.

Amazing local food , the lady’s were so nice and welcoming 5⭐️customer service I was going for a veg option , I had a warm beetroot soup, Karaim kinin pastry filled with, cheese and spinach and salad with Potato,… This place was opposite the Trakia castle so I though I give it a shoot , glad I did The also have a range of drinks , and the deco in the shop is nice .. If your local to here, I would highly recommend .. the best part was the price paid 15 euros that including my tip really. Can’t go wrong… Meal type Dinner

Delicious kabinai with soup. Had chicken Kiev and schnitzel, both dishes are delicious. Rye bread drink, Gira is good. Friendly service. You get a nice overview of the castle from the parking lot near the restaurant.
