We believe this is the best bakery in the town (do check the opening times though), We would definitely come here more often if I didn't try to limit the pastry intake in our family. :) The pastries are always fresh and delicious, the staff friendly and helpful. Most people come here for a takeaway, but we tried out sitting down at the nice wooden tables today and it felt better than we had expected for such a small place with people coming in all the time. Very pleasant atmosphere. The 2 ladies were very helpful and kind to us and everyone after us even though the place was open for the last 30 minutes - smiling to adults, joking with kids. They prepared coffee to the strength I desired, the cinnamon pastries were fresh out of oven (but they are delicious even when they are cold), Also try the speķa pīrādziņi (with smoked meat), they 'melt' in mouth! We were not impressed by the hot chocolate though, probably need to change the brand. Apart from that one tiny thing, highly recommend place!
