Tox Bar is back with a new pub style menu for 2024. Live music on weekends n pool table added still a great spot to relax have a drink n hang out . One of my favorite hidden spots. Haven't been disappointed with the menu-slowly working my way thru. Good wine list variety of Whiskey. Staff is excellent -ask about the secret menu.. Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not sure what happened. This was my first visit and had high expectations. Only one other pair in the place when we arrived around 4:30 for Happy Hour. No atmosphere, no music. We were immediately told there was no food as the cook was gone. Consequently, hard to rate the food. We were told that they were not sure when he'd be back. Bartender seemed put out by having to serve us and after serving us our drink, he disappeared. About 30 minutes later the one other customer went looking for him. She found the cook and finally he found the bartender. We cashed out. Wont be back Price per person $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

According to Google, it informs customers you were open for business. I called the Tox Bar main number twice, and nobody bothered to answer. Made a drive to the restaurant, and it was closed, totally dead. At least have the courtesy to update your automated message to properly inform your customers about your daily hours. Very very poor.
