The chef has experience, and he can definitely sell the story and the food. No set menu since that's the concept, which can go both ways. You could get tasty fresh dishes with supposedly premium sourcing, but unclear portioning and salty prices might not match the experience. I'd suggest visiting only if you're up for an "adventure" with a bit of randomness and a craving to be surprised. If you want a somewhat controlled outcome, I'd suggest other places.
