Very good experience at the Timberwood Grill. We were seated immediately when we arrived. The server was excellent. Our food arrived quickly. I had the shrimp and they were very large and delicious. Fries and Mac and cheese were tasty bud seemed like they had been under a heat lamp. My wife's chicken tenders were great too. 2024-Feb. This restaurant, Timberwood Grill, is on 'The Island in Pigeon Forge' amusement park, beside the arcade. There was lots of parking, and a tram will bring you to the amusement park, where the restaurant is. We, a party of five, did not have a reservation but were seated right away. The restaurant was not busy at noon on a holiday Monday. The ladies' restroom has 2 stalls only. For a restaurant this size, and only 2 stalls for the ladies' restroom seems to be poorly designed, so there was a line. Our server was pleasant and checked on us. The food was disgusting! The veggie burger was microwaved it took 3 minutes from order. The fried mushrooms were greasy. The server Jessica was rude and a horrible waitress. She didn’t even give us silverware as she stated they were counted. The napkins were bar napkins. WTH. We asked for the manager and no one came. A real tourist trap. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Great restaurant on the island! I was skeptical after eating at Margaritaville next door (see my review for that one). Luckily my wife had eaten here before and assured me it was good, and it was. Great service and fresh food with fresh ingredients. The drinks were good and they have an excellent selection of draft beers. I had the Sweetwater 420 Ale and it was perfect with my A1 Steakburger. My wife had the Cajun Shrimp which were also delicious. She subbed the bed of rice for baked beans which were honestly the best baked beans I had ever had. I know.... baked beans... but they were REALLY good. We shared the Fried Mushrooms appetizer and ate every single one. It was served with a horseradish sauce which I asked for more of to go with my fries 😂. Again, great place for lunch. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The front staff girls seemed like they had a long busy day but they were super sweet. Our waiter bartender was super busy and amazing at his job. We had fried mushrooms as an appetizer. They were big shrooms with a slight season in the breading. The Bourbon Salmon was delish with rice, broccoli and baked beans. It's a must try. My husband had the steak, french fries, the Mac & cheese and said it was good. The drinks came in a huge cup. I recommend the sweet tea. The atmosphere was quaint and cozy. It has a big stuffed bear in the waiting area that was cool to see. For our meal and drink with a tip was about $100.
