The lady who took my order seemed nice, i asked for a meal and apparently i “only got rung up for the sandwich and drink” when it was over $13 (the meal is $11 plus an up charge for my drink). i didn’t get my side of hashbrown and on top of it, i pulled multiple hairs out of my burrito, inside the egg part, inside the cheese, and even inside the sausage. I visited this store January 26th and was told they were cleaning the latte machine at 10AM in the morning. Not only was I parked, I was parked for over ten minutes and left. I called them and told them to refund it. They claimed a manager wasn't in and I had to contact corporate to get my refund. I call corporate and they tell me the store manager has to refund it. I called corporate again and they claimed the manger of the store would call. That was last week. I want my $5 back for the latte I did not receive. Your workers are unprofessional and so is the manager of this store. It has basically been a month and you still have not fixed this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely horrible. Tried ordering off the app and getting one of the offers, but the app was shut down. When we went inside to show that we have an offer but the app was not working, the lady seemed to not only not care but look at us as if we were annoying her just by being there. She just walked away instead of trying to help us find a solution. We just paid full price for the coffee, not a big deal, but then the coffee comes out and it’s AWFUL. Definitely the worst coffee/lattes we have had. We will never go back. They need to shut the place down. Should have looked at the reviews. I go to a lot of Tim Hortons, but this one by far is the most vile one around. Coffee tasted old and smelt really off so I threw it away immediately. Happened over 4 times in this location giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a one time error. Nope. Rude staff too. I actually feel terrible making negative reviews but I have had enough. this location is super convenient for me as its on my way to work but the coffee is disgusting. Not only is it not consistent , meaning a 1 and 1 on Monday wont taste the same on Tuesday, It's just blatantly not tasting good at all. Not sure why. The inside is not clean and that could be the reason why the coffee tastes awful as well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t know why all these reviews are bad.. we went in with a group and everyone’s order was not only correct, it was delicious. They even made sure we got exactly what we wanted. They gave us a couple extra of our favorite TimBits, too! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Completely ignored at counter. Staff rude. They say they can't serve you because someone called in while an employeestood there on his phone.. I just wanted a coffee that takes 5 seconds to pour. This is the worst tim hortons I have ever been to. I won't be back. I'm done giving this awfully ran company my hard earned money. In the end I was refused service. Good luck staying in business. Would give a zero if I could horrible service everytime but last night will be my last time going found a big fat ear wick in the bottom of my fresh coffee the place needs to be shut down.
