Hands down the best Bbq! We Absolutely love this place. Our favorite is The Poncho which is an amazing deal that is more than enough for three people. The brisket and ribs are moist and delicious, the squash and twice baked potatoes are my fave side dishes. So if you are craving some awesome bbq that hits the spot in the Taylor/Round rock area and are thinking of heading to Austin, do yourself a favor and head to Thornsdale Meat Market instead.

I usually have really good things to say about the chopped beef sandwich but last Saturday while I was in town working, I had my boyfriend go pick us up a couple of chopped beef sandwiches & I was soooo disappointed. There were a ton of thick chunks of meat that were not even eatable ☹️ They were so hard & I’m guessing really old since I couldn’t even chew it. I was so disappointed & sadden becuz I was looking forward to that chopped beef sandwich after working outside sweating for hrs….

For Texas, this BBQ is shameful. Brisket was so dry we couldn't even chew it. For $50, we expected something edible. Woman who waited on us was rude to all the customers as well.
