I requested a cake for my daughter’s baby shower. I let her create the design but gave her the idea of what I wanted. She did phenomenal. I loved the cake and cupcakes. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to everyone. Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5

She makes the most amazing cakes that not only look perfect but taste absolutely delicious too! Everyone loves them, they are always a big hit! She gets them exactly right to each kiddo’s requests. She has done 3 birthday cakes for us so far. Looking forward to getting more as the kids grow up. I don’t even like eating icing or fondant but if she’s making it, I actually like to eat it. It’s that good! She is quite talented at what she does, always friendly and so easy to work with, especially when you are dealing with kids and their ever changing opinions. This&That Bakery did my son's 1st birthday smash cake and cupcakes. I provided photos of what I was wanting and she did them EXACTLY like I requested. The flavor of the cakes and icing was amazing, and that's coming from someone who doesn't like icing very much. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her!

We asked for sugar cookies, chocolate raspberry & lemon blueberry mini cheesecakes, & a boston cremé wedding cake. She made all of our dreams come true! The cake was definitely a crowd favorite! She was sweet throughout the whole process & we can't thank her enough.

I have been using This & That Bakery for all of our special occasion needs for years. Baby showers, birthdays, everything! Katrina is amazing to work with, and her attention to detail is superb! My all time favorite dessert is her carrot cake! She recently did my daughter's 1st birthday Cocomelon smash cake, cake and cupcakes. I highly recommend this bakery, and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been using Katrina for the last six years. I hold many events at my home, from weddings to birthdays to Super Bowl parties. Katrina always knocks it out of the park for me, each and every time. Her cakes are moist and flavorful and her cookies are delicious. She decorates with precision and care. Highly recommend!

The cakes not only turn out beautifully, but the baker is willing to work through your ideas and create exactly what you wanted. They also taste delicious, and the frosting isn't too sweet! I highly recommend order your cakes, cookies and more from her!

I live in San Diego, but my mother lives in Sierra Vista. I was trying to figure out how to send East Coast Cannolis to my native NY born mother, since she dearly misses good Italian bakery items. My plan fell through, but I was fortunate to have found Katrina on short notice to custom make a cake with cannoli filling for my mother’s birthday. The picture sent to me was adorable with a big dog head a top a wedge wood blue cake adorned with dog bones. But even more importantly, my mother was so surprised and said the cake was moist, light and fluffy and the cannoli cream filling was perfect. What a success!! Plus my mom instantly made a new friend!! Thank you again!!

We ordered a cake for a promotion and it turned out amazing. The design was perfect and the flavor was really good. It was really easy to work with the bakery for design and pick up. We got lots of compliments on the cake. The price is great too
